Zen Tubing is open rain or shine. To reschedule a trip you must contact us 24 hours prior to your reservation. Some dates may be booked and unavailable for rescheduling. Guests now have the option to purchase trip protection at the time of reservation, which amounts to 10% the total reservation cost. With trip protection, you may cancel up until the day of the trip and still receive a refund minus the 10% for trip protection. Without it, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the trip for a refund.
