- Tickets may be used only when a reservation is made either online or by calling Zen Tubing Inc. at 855-936-8823.
- We no longer accept cash at either location. We do accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- We encourage ticket purchasers to fill out their waiver forms online prior to arriving for your reservation.
- Waivers are not transferable. If a new waiver signature is needed, you may sign a paper waiver when you check-in.
- Customers will receive a refund of purchased ticket(s) or gift card with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a refund of purchased ticket(s) or gift card in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
- If you cancel all or part of your trip inside of 48 hours you will be charged 50% of the reservation. You may rebook or receive a gift card without a penalty.
- No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours will not receive a refund or credit of any type.
