  • Ages: Tubing is perfect for all ages, starting at 4 and up!
  • Cancellation Policy : For peace of mind and flexibility, we offer trip protection at the time of booking, allowing you to cancel up until the day of your trip for a full refund. Trip protection is just 10% of your reservation cost, making it easy to book confidently, rain or shine. Without trip protection, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your trip to qualify for a full refund.
  • Float Time: The average float time with Zen Tubing is approximately 2 hours, though this may vary depending on river conditions such as water levels and wind. For a relaxed experience, we recommend planning for a leisurely float that may be a bit shorter or longer based on these natural elements.
  • Location: Zen Tubing’s location is at 1648 Brevard Road, Arden, NC. Conveniently located 12 miles from downtown Asheville and a quick 10-15 minute drive. This makes it the perfect blend of nature and proximity. Nestled in scenic South Asheville near Biltmore Park and the NC Arboretum, our location gives you a peaceful, adventurous river float experience close to the heart of Asheville.
  • Available: During our season, Zen Tubing is open seven days a week, with trips starting at 10 a.m. and the last trip departing at 2 p.m. Gates close at 5 p.m. Reservations are highly recommended as we are often fully booked; walk-ins are accommodated as space allows.
  • Waiver: All waivers must be signed prior to check-in. Please see the link provided in the confirmation email which may be shared with others in your party.
  • Payments: Please note that we only accept major credit cards including Apple Pay, and Google Pay; cash payments are not accepted.
