I loved this! We went here for a bachelorette party activity and everything about this was great. Wonderful customer service, lots of employees around in clearly marked shirts that we could ask for help. The tubes came with buckles on them that made it easy to clip the tubes together, along with the cooler holder tube. It was all well thought out and convenient. I was worried about getting wet with the cold mountain water, but I never did! The tubes have bottoms on them and there are convenient steps for getting in and out of the tubes. My favorite thing was that there were employees at the end of the tube ride waiting to help get your tube out of the water, so you didn’t need to get out yourself in the cold water to wade ashore. The scenery was beautiful and it was just a gorgeous, relaxing time. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

I came here with a Bachelorette group on probably one of the busiest days they have the whole year and it was still just perfect! Very kind staff and comfortable tubes! We have tried other tubing companies but Zen Tubing is by far the BEST. We had a large group visiting from Denmark and we were running a bit late. They were very patient with us as we filled out the waivers and changed into our bathing suits. The bus driver waited for us and was so friendly on the way to the start. We were greeted with very kind staff and the owner even went out of her way to bring us each water bottles! Amazing customer service that you just don't get these days. Tips: Make reservations ahead of time and fill out waivers online before you get there. Arrive early to change into bathing suits. They even have tubes for your cooler if you want to bring drinks! Enjoy!
