I absolutely loved this experience! We chose Zen Tubing as a bachelorette party activity, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Everything was so well organized and convenient. The staff was friendly, easy to spot in their matching shirts, and always ready to help. The tubes were awesome—they had buckles to clip together, including one for our cooler, which made floating as a group super fun. I was nervous about the cold mountain water, but the tubes had bottoms so I stayed totally dry! There were even steps to help you in and out. The best part? Staff was waiting at the end to help us out of the river—no cold water wading required. The entire float was peaceful and scenic. We all had a blast and would 100% recommend this!

Very kind staff and comfortable tubes! We have tried other tubing companies but Zen Tubing is by far the BEST. We had a large group visiting from Denmark and we were running a bit late. They were very patient with us as we filled out the waivers and changed into our bathing suits. The bus driver waited for us and was so friendly on the way to the start. We were greeted with very kind staff and the owner even went out of her way to bring us each water bottles! Amazing customer service that you just don't get these days. Tips: Make reservations ahead of time and fill out waivers online before you get there. Arrive early to change into bathing suits. They even have tubes for your cooler if you want to bring drinks! Enjoy!
