🧊 Cooler & Beverage Policy at Zen Tubing 🐸
To help preserve the beauty of the French Broad River and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all guests, Zen Tubing has implemented the following cooler and beverage guidelines:
✅ Cooler Size & Use
- Each paid cooler carrier is allowed ONE small cooler (36 quarts or less).
- No oversized or hard-sided camping coolers will be permitted.
- No Styrofoam coolers of any kind — they break apart easily and pose a serious threat to the river and wildlife.
- Coolers must weigh 70 lbs or less and may be weighed at check-in.
- Oversized or overweight coolers will not be permitted.
- All coolers and items must fit inside the cooler carrier and be securely packed to prevent anything from falling into the river.
- No loose food or drinks are allowed, everything must be stored in your cooler.
🚫 No Loose Items or Bags
All food and beverages must be stored inside a cooler — not in plastic bags, backpacks, or loose in the cooler carrier.
Cooler carriers can tip over in the river, so any food or trash not stored in a cooler can easily end up in the water.
At the end of your float, all trash may be emptied from cooler or taken with you. Please help us keep the river clean for everyone.
🍻 Alcohol Policy
No glass containers or liquor of any kind are allowed on the river.
You may bring beer or other alcoholic beverages in cans only.
No open alcoholic beverages are allowed on site or in Zen Tubing shuttle vehicles.
We’re proud to support clean, responsible recreation on the French Broad River. Thank you for doing your part to protect the water, the wildlife, and the experience for future floaters. 🐸💚
